Who are they?
Crocodile Dress code
Forever chic, the Roland-Garros Fans contrasts with a clay surface that leaves its mark. Lacoste is their uniform, a sign they belong to a passionate tennis community. At Roland-Garros, the Crocodile is everywhere you look.
The dress code is clearcut: hat, sunglasses, polo shirts, shirts, chinos and pleated dresses. In the purest tennis tradition - but also in Paris - the Roland-Garros Fans wear only timeless classics and flood the stadium with the greatest of tributes: it was to welcome René Lacoste and his fellow players in 1928 that the stadium was erected. It is where some of his greatest victories were won. And Lacoste is, since 1971, official partner of the tournament.
