A Campaign Led by Pierre Niney and Pierre Gasly
The collaboration comes to life through The Test, a film produced by Ninety Films, the production company founded by director Pierre Niney. One Lacoste ambassador meets another as Niney joins Alpine driver Pierre Gasly for an unexpected and light-hearted encounter centred around the one-of-a-kind Beware of the Crocodile Alpine Lacoste A290 Rallye. Blending humour, precision and a shared spirit of play, the film brings a distinctive dimension to the Lacoste x Alpine story.
Beware of the Crocodile Alpine Lacoste A290 Rallye: Inside the Crocodile's Jaws
At the heart of both the campaign and the collaboration lies a unique creation: the Beware of the Crocodile Alpine Lacoste A290 Rallye. The result of a project known as Inside the Crocodile's Jaws, the vehicle draws inspiration from one of Lacoste's most distinctive design elements: the crocodile's red tongue. This detail from the iconic logo became the starting point for an immersive concept that runs throughout the car. Its vibrant red hue extends across the interior, where multiple crocodile-inspired references can be found, including a stylised crocodile on the rear parcel shelf that appears to be racing against the clock, echoing the playful and inventive spirit of the collaboration. The exterior features an icy blue-white finish inspired by Alpine landscapes and bold sculpted volumes, reinterpreting the codes of rally cars through a more contemporary and graphic design language. Co-branded details run throughout the vehicle and are echoed across the accompanying apparel collection.

Following the spirit of their collaborative vehicle, Lacoste and Alpine unveil a capsule collection defined by functional elegance. Boldly branded polo shirts and T-shirts sit alongside lightweight, versatile and sophisticated technical pieces and accessories. A Historic Setting Meets Contemporary Design
Lacoste and Alpine unveiled their collaboration on 29 June at the Musée des Archives nationales in Paris. This historic venue provided the backdrop for a distinctly contemporary scenography, reflecting the dialogue between heritage and creative innovation that unites the two brands. Presented before a host of guests and personalities, Lacoste x Alpine stands as a celebration of enduring French ingenuity.
